Pasco's Tree Service, Run by Certified Arborists
Tree Care Since 2004
West Richland Tree Care
Top Tree has cared for Pasco trees since 2004. Trimming, removal, stump grinding, and tree health care — same crews, same standards, on both sides of the river.
What We See on Pasco Properties
Pasco is growing faster than any city in the Tri-Cities, and most of its trees are young — which is the best time to do the cheap work that prevents the expensive work. Structural pruning on a five-year-old tree costs a fraction of correcting a twenty-year-old one, and it is the difference between a tree that handles our wind and one that loses limbs in every storm. The established neighborhoods have the mature shade trees, and the same borer and heat-stress problems we treat across the river.
Pasco Tree Rules Worth Knowing
Pasco’s tree rules live in Chapter 12.12 of the municipal code, and the part that surprises people is this: property owners are responsible for maintaining the vegetation on the public right-of-way along their property — the strip between the sidewalk and the street included. The code also covers tree and stump removal and gives the city a nuisance-abatement process with notice and fines behind it. If you are not sure what applies to your tree, ask us before the city asks you.
