Richland's Tree Service, Run by Certified Arborists
Tree Care Since 2004
Trusted tree care across Richland
Top Tree has cared for Richland trees since 2004. Trimming, removal, stump grinding, and tree health care — same crews, same standards, from the older neighborhoods by the river to the newest streets in the south end.
What We See on Richland Properties
Richland’s older neighborhoods hold some of the most mature trees in the Tri-Cities — big birch, ash, and shade trees planted generations ago. They are worth protecting, and they are exactly the trees the bronze birch borer and its relatives go after. A lot of our plant health care work happens here: catching a declining birch early is the difference between a treatment plan and a removal crew. The newer developments have the opposite job — young trees that need structural pruning now so they never become hazards later.
Richland Tree Rules Worth Knowing
Richland regulates trees under its municipal code (Chapter 22.14), and the city’s arborist can declare a tree a public nuisance — a hazard to safety, an obstruction over streets and sidewalks, or a host for pests that threaten public trees — on private property as well as public. If a tree on your lot might qualify, deal with it on your schedule instead of the city’s. We can tell you where yours stands.
