Very nice people, Mason was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to. The crew that came to cut down our tree were friendly and did a great job, left the work area clean and did everything they could do keep our flowers around the tree intact and crew made my wife feel very comfortable with their presence.
They did a great job on the trimming I requested and at a very reasonable price point. Will be using them again in the near future for some additional tree work I need done. Very friendly crew! TY Top Tree!
I have used Top Tree Service twice now. Rob and his entire crew were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I couldn't be happier with how they stayed in touch with me through out the process, how conscientious they were of my surrounding grounds, and they did an excellent job of trimming the trees while keeping the overall health of my trees as a priority.

Worked with them on many occasions from tree trimming to flag pole repair. This was my first experience personally using them. From the front desk, the quotes, and the actual work was fantastic and affordable services!
Very responsive, knowledgeable and polite service. We had a major branch come down in a wind storm. I am sure they were swamped with calls, but they worked us in to have a guy out within an hour for estimate, and crew came out later that morning to take the tree down. It was all done at a fair price. They also told us what caused the problem, it was a defect in the way the tree grew, and not disease or insects. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to remove your tree or downed branch.
I had Dustin, Tommy, Jeremy, and Jamin at my house today to take down an old and very large tree. They were super friendly and helpful. They informed me of what they were doing every step of the way. All four guys were hard working and the project was done safely and completely, including the clean-up. I highly recommend Top Tree Service!

Top Tree has been my go-to for years. In the past year they have offered not only excellent tree service but also guidance on how to rid my yard of drifting trumpet vine. Mason saved my birch tree so my neighbor gets great delight in lopping off the overhang to his yard! My trees look great!
Victor and Manny did a great job clearing out dead limbs and removed threatening limbs on a very large Russian Olive tree. The tree looks great. The men were on time, polite, helpful, and cleaned up the yard afterwards. Definitely recommend them.

Had them prune the smaller branches off a major major branch of me huge sycamore, to lessen the force of wind to make them safer in wind storms. This major major branch is over our house, and makes us a bit concerned, so had it pruned.

The climber was Robert who had the exciting job of going up into the tree on ropes, cutting 1-2" branches. Amano and Hosea were the ground crew. They were safe and respectful. Would have them all again.

Top Tree is fast to respond. Our tree lost several large branches and had more broken ones waiting to fall. They had an estimate and scheduled us right away. They were fast, clean, and professional. I would recommend them.
I was very pleased with Top Tree Service. The crew was knowledgeable, eager to please, did nice pruning of the arborvitae and shrubs and cleaned up thoroughly.
The crew came to the house and were very professional. I shook hands with each of them and appreciated the work they were doing. I left to work and came home to a tree gone and a great clean up job. I would recommend.

Great work! Trimmed my tall arborvitae hedge just right and perfectly level. It was hard work spending several hours on a cherry picker lift. Same attention to detail with shaping and thinning my flowering cherry trees. Top Tree goes the extra mile to make it just the way the customer wants!
Today was a windy day here in Tri-Cities. Received a call from wife saying “part of a tree fell on our house and car”. I left work and came home evaluated situation and called Top Tree. From my first call to them they were professional in the office to the crew who arrived at my house .

I've used this company a few times. Not sure what I like best, the great job they do at very reasonable prices or the friendliness of the guys. I've had them removed some pretty big trees and trim back some others.

Highly recommend this company. I had a tree come down on the front of my property. I got quotes from three different companies. Top Tree underbid them all by $400 and since I was bidding for extra trees on my land too, they took another $500 off of the overall bid. Two crews showed up at 7:15am and they took out 8 trees, the fallen tree, and a big brush pile by 4pm. Would absolutely hire them again.
The office staff is so nice, and easy to work with.
We have worked with Top Tree a couple times. This last time was to cut a large pine tree down in our backyard. And they did as good a job the second time as the first. An estimator came out right away, we talked through the job and they had a crew out in less than a week. The crew had great equipment which included a remote operated hoist and a track mount log hauler. They got the tree down and hauled away and avoided any collateral damage to the yard. A few days later they removed the stump with a remote operated stump remover. Great crews, great equipment and professional service. We were very happy with their work.
The service and staff at Top Tree is top shelf! They did an amazing job removing a huge 80 year old tree on our property line. It was done all while being careful of surrounding vegetation and lawns. Would absolutely recommend.
